Avocado Salad


This simple salad comes from the Cuban cuisine.
المقادير
4 medium avocados, peeled and sliced into wedges  
1 small red onion, peeled and sliced into thin rings  
2 to 3 tbsp. olive oil  
salt to taste  
4 to 6 large lettuce leaves (such as romaine, rinsed and  
patted dry)  
طريقه التحضير
Arrange the lettuce leaves on a serving platter.
Spread avocados wedges on top of the bed of lettuce.
Top wedges with onion rings.
Prepare topping by blending olive oil and vinegar in a small mixing bowl.
Sprinkle with salt and olive oil mixture. Serve.
