Stuffed and Baked Artichokes


المقادير
6-8 artichokes  
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley  
2 finely chopped onions, salt and pepper  
3 peeled and diced tomatoes  
1 tablespoon boiled, mashed potatoes  
These ingredients are used for stuffing the artichokes hearts
طريقه التحضير
Boil onion in salted water.
After draining it, add tomatoes and parsley, and palce on fire for about 10 minutes.
Remove from flame, add mashed potato and seasoning, and blend well.
Fill artichoke hearts, place in greased oven pan with well-seasoned stock or water and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
