Cut meat into 10 cm cubes, then press to tenderize.

Make a mixture of garlic, salt and parsley, sprinkle over beef slices, then roll up and wrap with thread.

Place in a pan and fry in the oil.

Transfer onto oven pan, cover with tomato sauce.

Put in center of preheated moderate oven for 28-30 minutes.

When baked, remove the thread and serve in dishes.
