There are many ways for serving Skimmed Cheese including: |

Mixed with Grated onion, few drops of oil, crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. |

With chopped pickled turnips or and a few drops of oil. |

Or mixed with grated onion, chopped parsley leaves, salt, and pepperdash of mustard powder. |

Or mixed with pickled eggplants and few drops of oil. |

Or mixed with peeled and diced tomatoes, grated onion, finely sliced sweet peppers, salt and pepper. |

|
You can either put any of these mixtures in morsels of local bread or use it as dip.
