المقادير
2 chickens, about 1 kg each  
powdered breadcrumbs  
2 eggs  
1 onion, bayleaf  
2 tablespoons flour, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg  
1 teaspoon oil, cooking oil, salt and pepper  
طريقه التحضير
Parboil onion, bayleaf, and chicken together for 3-5 minutes.
Drain the chicken and after being cool, skin and bone it (save bones for making stock).
Cut chicken into 4-6 pieces.
Coat the chicken pieces with a mixture of flour, salt, and nutmeg, and leave for 1-2 hours .
Beat eggs, adding oil and salt and pepper.
Cover the chicken well with the egg mixture, coat with breadcrumbs.
Fry in the oil until nicely golden, then remove onto absorbent paper.
