Yogurt Soup

المقادير
2-3 cups yogurt  
1 tablespoon fenugreek  
2 tablespoons flour  
Salt and black pepper  
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts  
2 onions, cut into very tiny pieces  
Cooking oil  
طريقه التحضير
Start with pounding fenugreek into powder.
Saute onions in the oil until golden, then add flour and simmer over very low flame, until well blended.
Add fenugreek and walnuts with 1/2 cup of hot water and mix till you get a smooth consistency.
When well mixed, add 2 cups of hot water, salt, and pepper cook for 28-30 minutes.
Mix one ladleful of hot soup into yogurt, stir well, then toss this mixture onto hot soup and place over flame and remove immediately before boiling.
