Yogurt Soup

2-3 cups yogurt |

1 tablespoon fenugreek |
|
 |
2 tablespoons flour |
|
 |
Salt and black pepper |
|
 |
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts |
|
 |
2 onions, cut into very tiny pieces |

Cooking oil |

Start with pounding fenugreek into powder. |

Saute onions in the oil until golden, then add flour and simmer over very low flame, until well blended. |

Add fenugreek and walnuts with 1/2 cup of hot water and mix till you get a smooth consistency. |

When well mixed, add 2 cups of hot water, salt, and pepper cook for 28-30 minutes. |
|
 |
Mix one ladleful of hot soup into yogurt, stir well, then toss this mixture onto hot soup and place over flame and remove immediately before boiling. |
