Yogurt Cooked with Meat
Palestinian and Lebanese recipe

4 cups yogurt |

bay leaf |

1/4 kg peeled and halved pearl onions, |

salt and pepper |
|

5 cardamom pods egg whites |

Cut meat into small cubes, then parboil with onions, and spices tied in muslin bag in very little water for about quarter of an hour or till tender. |

Adjust seasoning and through away the bag,stir in the yogurt and egg whites. |
|
 |
After about 10 minutes over a moderate fire the dish would be ready to be served. |
