Yogurt Cheese
Yogurt Cheese is mainly one of the meals prepared in Lebanon, Palestine, Jordan, and Syria. It was known as labna and prepared from the milk of goats then they began using the buffalo milk in spite of the different taste. It was accustomed to prepare a huge amount of labna or Yogurt Cheese to be used for a year in a simillar way to the one that would be illaborated later.

Mix salt with yogurt, pour into a wet cheesecloth bag, then tie off the opening, and hang for one day. |

After 24 hours, put the yogurt cheest in a jar, top with olive oil. |
