Wonton


المقادير
1/2 kg lean ground beef  
1 tbsp. chopped scallions  
65 wonton skins  
1 beaten egg  
Dash of salt  
1 tbsp. soy sauce  
1 tsp. sesame oil  
1 tbsp. water  
3 c. vegetable oil  
5 c. chicken broth  
Duck sauce  
1 tbsp. sugar  
طريقه التحضير
Combine all the ingredients wonton skins
Place a small amount of the mixture in the center of a wonton paper and then sprinkle the edges with broth and fold
Repeat the process with the remaining wanton skins and mixture
Wanton skin can be served also as a soup, by placing some papers in chicken or duck broth and bringing it to boil for 5 minutes or till very soft and then serve
As an appetizer, you can fry wanton skins in preheated oil for 5 minutes or till crispy and then remove using a slotted spoon and serve with hot duck sauce
