Vinegar-Soy Sauce


This sauce is prepared by all Korean households with many versions. It makes for a tasty dipping for fried foods. You can also sprinkle this sauce over any dish.
المقادير
To prepare 1/2 cup of this sauce you need:  
1/4 c. soy sauce  
3 tbsp. rice or cider vinegar  
1 tsp. sugar  
1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds  
1 tsp. green onions, cut into very tiny pieces  
طريقه التحضير
Make a mixture of all ingredients combined and place in a small bowl. Stir thoroughly until sugar dissolves.
Fill a glass container with the sauce.
Place a tight-fitting lid to cover.
Place in the refrigerator.
