Vinegar-Soy Sauce
This sauce is prepared by all Korean households with many versions. It makes for a tasty dipping for fried foods. You can also sprinkle this sauce over any dish.

To prepare 1/2 cup of this sauce you need: |

1/4 c. soy sauce |
|
 |
3 tbsp. rice or cider vinegar |
|
 |
1 tsp. sugar |
|
 |
1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds |
|
 |
1 tsp. green onions, cut into very tiny pieces |

Make a mixture of all ingredients combined and place in a small bowl. Stir thoroughly until sugar dissolves. |

Fill a glass container with the sauce. |

Place a tight-fitting lid to cover. |
