المقادير
1/2 kg gullash (paper-thin dough)  
1 tablespoon grated coconut  
1 tablespoon unsalted butter (or fresh cream)  
Well-sweetened milk  
1 cup mixed nuts  
2 cups rich  
طريقه التحضير
Place 1-2 gullash sheets at a time in hot ove to dry and to make them crisp.
Pound with your fingers and place in a lightly greased oven pan.
Make a mixture of nuts and coconut and sprinkle on top.
Heat the well-sweetened milk and spill over the recipe.
Dot with small amount of butter (or cream) and put in moderately-hot oven, until top of dessert becomes brown in color.
