Tropical Fruit Dessert


المقادير
1 c. canned chilled pineapple chunks, in syrup  
20-oz. can rambutan  
2 tbsp. sugar  
1/2 c. coconut milk  
cracked ice (optional)  
You can substitute can rambutan with lychees (in syrup), or 15-oz. can mango slices.
طريقه التحضير
Separate fruit from syrup.
Split fruit in half.
Allow to chill until serving time.
Make a mixture of 1 c. of fruit syrup, coconut milk, and sugar in a small bowl. Mix well until well blended and sugar dissolves. Cover with a plate and allow to chill in a refrigerator.
Split pineapple chunks in half.
Place fruit onto serving plates.
Top with chilled coconut sauce.
