Cover the beans in water and bring to boil on high fire for 20 minutes and then remove |

Stir onion till tender in preheated oil and then add beans minced garlic clove, tomatoes, and thyme |

Add 2 cups of water and let the mixture to simmer for an hour with stirring from time to time |

Strain meat and pat dry and prepare to roast by putting sliced garlic cloves in the center and make some halls in the sides placing some garlic slices in it |

Season with salt and any flavorful seasoning and roast for 50 minutes |

Sprinkle some dipping on the surface of the leg to remove the crust on the surface |

When both the leg of lamb and the beans are done, arrange the beans in a serving dish and garnish with parsley and butter and then serve with the lamb. |
