Tomato Soup

1 kg ripe tomatoes |

Parmesan cheese |

1/2 cup crushed vermicelli |

2 cups meat stock |
|
 |
Salt and pepper |
|
 |
1 cup of milk (optional) |

Parboil tomatoes with meat stock for about 9-10 minutes, then blend in mixer, drain, return to fire. |

When boiling, add vermicelli, salt, and pepper, and cook for further 10 minutes, or until vermicelli wilts. |

Serve with a pinch of grated parmesan cheese. |

If desired, you can add a cup of milk after the vermicelli softens, to enrich the soup with a tasty consistency. |
