Thai Egg Rolls


المقادير
3 black mushrooms (soaked for 15 minutes, and stems discarded)  
1/4kg. ground beef  
1/4kg. ground pork  
One half-package rice  
Noodles or cellophane noodles  
1/2 chopped garlic clove  
1/2 c. vegetable oil sweet and sour sauce  
1 c. peeled and shredded carrots  
1 c. bean sprouts  
1 chopped onion,  
1 tbsp. fish sauce  
1/4 tsp. pepper  
1 tsp. sugar  
1 package thawed lumpia  
طريقه التحضير
Cut noodles in to short pieces and soak the noodles for 5 minutes in hot water
Beat on egg in a large bowl pour all the ingredients in the bowl and mix well
Wrap the mixture in egg rolls and prepare to be fried
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and then place three of the rolls and fry on all sides till golden and then repeat the process with the remaining rolls
Preheat the oven lightly and then turn it off and keep the rolls in to be warm
Divide each roll to 4 parts and serve hot with sauce
