Taliya


Taliya or frying, is a word used to refer to fried garlic with ground coriander. It is always added to almost all stewed vegetables, cooked with or without meat to have a more spicy taste and pleasant smell.
المقادير
1 teaspoon ground coriander  
20 crushed garlic cloves,  
salt, and pepper  
1 tablespoon cooking oil,  
طريقه التحضير
Mix finely crushed garlic, coriander, salt, and pepper until smooth, then saute for 4 minutes till golden.
Put in a pot and bring to boil with tossing constantly in order not to stick into the basr of the pot.
Pour a small amount of broth over the fried mixture in the frying pan, stir, and toss again into the cooking pot and repeat this step again to make sure that all the taliya is used.
