Sugar Syrup


المقادير
1/2 cup water  
1 teaspoon lemon juice  
1 cup sugar  
طريقه التحضير
Add sugar to water to dissolve and boil for 3-5 minutes.
Add lemon juice and simmer until juice becomes alittle thicker.
Before serving, pour syrub all over.
Use hot syrup over cold desserts and cold syrup with hot desserts.
