Stuffed and Baked Fish


المقادير
2 tablespoons lemon juice  
2 kgs white fish  
2 chopped onions,  
5 crushed garlic cloves,  
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves,  
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds  
1/2 cup bulgur, salt  
1 tablespoons chopped parsley,  
1 cup crushed walnuts,  
طريقه التحضير
Soak bulgur for 1 hour in fresh water, then drain.
Blend garlic, soaked bulgur, parsley, onions, walnuts, and coriander in the electric blender till completely mixed together, then add pomegranate seeds to the blended ingredients.
Stuff fish with this mixture and put it in preheated greased oven- proof dish and leave for about half an hour in a preheated moderate oven covered with foil, then lower the heat and allow the fish to absorb the aroma of the mixture.
