Stuffed Zucchini (2)


المقادير
1 kg savory minced beef  
3 cups yogurt  
1 kg small zucchini  
salt and pepper  
2 tablespoons pine nuts  
2 egg whites  
طريقه التحضير
Mix pine nuts to minced beef
Core zucchini and stuff zucchini loosely.
Place in pot, add enough water to barely cover, and boil for 10 minutes.
Stir egg whites into yogurt and pass through wire sieve onto cooking zucchini.
Adjust seasoning and cook uncovered for 15-20 minutes.
