Place a phyllo sheet on a towel, brush with melted butter |

Sprinkle with powdered sugar |

Put the second sheet and sprinkle with butter |
|

Repeat the process with another sheet |

Put the filling in the center of the sheet |

Fold in the two sides and, starting at the bottom, carefully roll up the sheets. If the phyllo begins to stick, hold the bottom corners of the towel and lift to loosen the sheets. |

Arrange in buttered pan and bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes |

Let to cool and then slice and serve in dessert plates and garnish with sugar |
