Stir-Fried Vegetables
Thai is one of the fat-free dishes that depend on the Chinese technique of frying the vegetables with keeping its original color and flavor.

2 cups bite-sized pieces of mixed fresh vegetables |

1 sliced onion |

 |
1 1/2 tsp. sugar |
|
 |
1/4 tsp. pepper |
|
 |
1 tbsp. vegetable oil |
|
 |
1 tbsp. spicy sauce |
|

Preheat the oil in a large frying pan, and then stir the onion till tender |

Put the rest of the vegetable pieces with onion and cook for 5 minutes until crisp. |

Pour the spicy sauce and the rest of the ingredients and stir well |

Serve on a flat serving dish with hot rice. |
