Stewed Kidneys


المقادير
1 kg kidney  
1 cup meat stock  
1 tablespoon cornstarch  
2 onions, chopped into thin pieces  
Cooking oil  
Salt and pepper  
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg  
طريقه التحضير
Slice kidneys into cubes.
Saute onion in cooking oil.
Add kidneys to onion, fry until the liquid is absorbed, and stir not frequently.
Add salt, papper, and meat stock and cook for 9-10 minutes.
Transfer kidneys onto a warm serving plate.
Add cornstarch to make juice thicker.
Taste and make sure seasoning is as desired, add nutmeg, and spill over kidneys.
