Fry mastic grains in preheated oil with constant stirring for for 10 seconds, |

Cut fish into large joints and add to the fried mastic, cover tightly, and remove from flame immediately. |

Set aside for 2 minutes till the fragrance is absorbed, then fry. |

 |
Fry flour in the same oil of frying the fish to golden brown. |

 |
Turn off fire and gradually add warm water, with continuous stirring till the sauce reaches the needed thickness |

Adjust seasoning, and put on flame till bubbling, |
|
 |
Add fish and cook on a low flame for 15-20 minutes. |
|
 |
then place fish on a serving dish,pour sauce with lemon juice over the fish. |
