Stewed Fish


المقادير
7 mastic grains  
1 tablespoon flour  
2 kgs fish  
2 tablespoons lemon juice  
1/2 cup oil, salt  
طريقه التحضير
Fry mastic grains in preheated oil with constant stirring for for 10 seconds,
Cut fish into large joints and add to the fried mastic, cover tightly, and remove from flame immediately.
Set aside for 2 minutes till the fragrance is absorbed, then fry.
Fry flour in the same oil of frying the fish to golden brown.
Turn off fire and gradually add warm water, with continuous stirring till the sauce reaches the needed thickness
Adjust seasoning, and put on flame till bubbling,
Add fish and cook on a low flame for 15-20 minutes.
then place fish on a serving dish,pour sauce with lemon juice over the fish.
