1) Cut meat into cubes of small size. |

2) Peel and dice tomatoes. |
|

3) Chop the onion very fine. |
|
 |
4) Fry the onion in the oil until soft, |
|
 |
5) Add tomatoes, and cook for about 10 minutes, then add the meat and seasoning and cook for a further 15 minutes. |

 |
6) Add the chopped artichoke hearts and leave on flame until tender. |
