Steamed Japanese rice is the traditional dish in Japan that is served in almost every house

Rinse rice with cold water well till clear and strain well |

Put in a sauce pan and cover with water and leave to be boiled high fire |

When water boils lower heat and add season and leave till rice absorbs all the juice |

Remove from fire, uncover the pan to let rice get out the extra steam in it and be fluffy |
