Steamed Japanese Rice


Steamed Japanese rice is the traditional dish in Japan that is served in almost every house
المقادير
2 c. short-grain white rice,  
2 1/2 c. cold water  
طريقه التحضير
Rinse rice with cold water well till clear and strain well
Put in a sauce pan and cover with water and leave to be boiled high fire
When water boils lower heat and add season and leave till rice absorbs all the juice
Remove from fire, uncover the pan to let rice get out the extra steam in it and be fluffy
