Spinach Salad (3)


This recipe comes originally from Turkey and since then has become very popular in the Egyptian cuisine.
المقادير
salt and pepper  
2 tablespoons beyaz peynir  
2 tablespoons olive oil  
2 chopped onions,  
1/2 cup chopped parsley,  
1 kg fresh spinach  
طريقه التحضير
Put chopped coarsely spinach over fire to wilt, drain in colander, pressing down with spoon to extract moisture and put in bowl.
Fry onion in olive oil to a golden color and
Mix the boiled spinach with fried onion and other ingredients together by tossing them thoroughly.
