Spinach Salad (3)
This recipe comes originally from Turkey and since then has become very popular in the Egyptian cuisine.

2 tablespoons beyaz peynir |

2 tablespoons olive oil |
|
 |
2 chopped onions, |

 |
1/2 cup chopped parsley, |

 |
1 kg fresh spinach |

 |
Put chopped coarsely spinach over fire to wilt, drain in colander, pressing down with spoon to extract moisture and put in bowl. |

Fry onion in olive oil to a golden color and |

Mix the boiled spinach with fried onion and other ingredients together by tossing them thoroughly. |
