Spiced Ground Meat


Kheema is the traditional dish in a northern India. In the cities, usually served as a quick snack or lunch.
المقادير
1/2 kg ground lamb or beef  
2 chopped potatoes  
1 package frozen peas,  
1 chopped green chili,  
3tsp sliced onion  
3 chopped garlic cloves  
1 tbsp. pepper  
Ground cloves, and ground cum  
1 tbsp. chopped fresh ginger  
3 cardamom pods  
1 stick cinnamon  
2 chopped tomatoes  
1 can green  
Drained peas  
3 tbsp. vegetable oil  
1 c. water  
1/2 tsp. salt  
طريقه التحضير
Combine meat, garam masala and salt together
Stir onion, garlic, and, cardamom, and cinnamon in preheated oil for 4 minutes
Add meat mixture and stir well till brown and then add potato and enough amount of water and cover the mixture to simmer on low fire for half an h our
Remove the ingredients into the serving, discard pods and cinnamon stick and garnish the dish with parsley of cardamom if you like.
