Spanish Omelette


Spanish Omlete of Tortilla is one of the famous spanish meals that can be served as a main dish in lights supper of as secondary dish in the large dinner meals
المقادير
5-7 beaten eggs,  
1/4 c. olive oil  
1 minced onion  
2 medium minced potato,  
1/4 tsp. salt  
طريقه التحضير
Put Onion, potato, and salt in a pan with preheated olive oil and leave on fire till tender with stirring from time to time.
Pour half of the beaten egg in the pan and fry till forming omelet, then add the rest of the egg gradually with paying attention to let it enter under the omelet
When the egg becomes golden in color, use a spoon to prevent the omelet from sticking in the oven. Flip it to be golden from either sides by putting a flat serving dish on the frying pan and turn the pan upside down to putt the omelet in the flat.
Serve it hot with some parsley leaves
