Spanish Meatballs
Spanish meatballs are usually served with vegetable salads and bread or any soup as a main course at dinner

1/2 kg ground beef |

4 oz. ground chorizo or other spicy |

Dash of nutmeg |

Dash of chopped parsley |

 |
2 slices bread |
|
 |
1 egg |
|
 |
3 tbsp. olive oil |
|
 |
3/4 tsp. salt |

Mix meat with salt, nutmeg, and parsley |

Soak bread slices in water for 5 minutes and then strain and add to the meat mixture |

Add egg and stir the mixture well and form small balls from the ingredients |

Stir the balls in preheated olive oil for 20 minutes or till well done from all sides and from inside as well |
