Spanish Meatballs


Spanish meatballs are usually served with vegetable salads and bread or any soup as a main course at dinner
المقادير
1/2 kg ground beef  
4 oz. ground chorizo or other spicy  
Dash of nutmeg  
Dash of chopped parsley  
2 slices bread  
1 egg  
3 tbsp. olive oil  
3/4 tsp. salt  
طريقه التحضير
Mix meat with salt, nutmeg, and parsley
Soak bread slices in water for 5 minutes and then strain and add to the meat mixture
Add egg and stir the mixture well and form small balls from the ingredients
Stir the balls in preheated olive oil for 20 minutes or till well done from all sides and from inside as well
