Spaghetti with Meat Sauce


المقادير
1/8 kg uncooked spaghetti noodles,  
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese  
1/4 c. mushroom pieces and liquid  
1/2 kg lean ground beef  
1/2 tsp. nutmeg  
1 can tomato sauce  
1 can tomato paste  
1 chopped onion  
1 minced garlic clove  
1/4 c. sugar  
Water as needed

Mix tomato with sauce, mushrooms with liquid tomato paste, water, onion, garlic, nutmeg, and sugar well.
Bring the mixture to boil in preheated and then put in preheated oven at 250°F and leave to cook for 70 minutes.
After that put the ground beef and cook for an hour
Pour tomato juice and cheese and return the ingredients to fire for more 15 minutes.
Overcook the spaghetti and then drain with cold water in order to prevent it from sticking together
Arrange the spaghetti noodles in a flat serving dish and cover with the sauce and serve hot.
