Simmered Beef and Vegetables


Sukiyaki is a Japanese recipe that is widely known in all North American countries
المقادير
1 small can shirataki  
5 thinly chopped scallions  
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms  
1/2 kg rib-eye of beef  
1 12-oz. block tofu, cut into small pieces  
1/4kh bamboo shoots  
1 c. soy sauce  
3 tbsp. sugar  
1 tbsp. oil  
1 1/2 c. water  
طريقه التحضير
Slice bamboo shoots into small pieces and rinse with cold water
Cut beef into small slices and fry in preheated oil
Put the chopped scallions, shirataki, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, and tofu with the beef
For preparing the sauce, mix the rest of the ingredients together
Coat the beef mixture with the sauce and cook uncover on low medium fire to simmer for 15 minutes and then remove to serve hot
It is usually served with white rice
