Shrimp with Hoisin Sauce


المقادير
1/2kg fresh shrimp, shelled  
1/2 c. hoisin sauce  
1/4 c. vegetable oil  
1/2 c. water  
1 tbsp. cornstarch  
2 tbsp. soy sauce  
1 crushed garlic clove  
3 thinly sliced scallions  
2 peeled and minced slices of ginger root,  
طريقه التحضير
In a large pan, heat the oil, put ginger root and garlic, add the shrimp and stir well for 5 minutes
Combine soy sauce and hoisin sauce with water and cornstarch in a pan and set aside.
When the shrimp becomes pink, put scallions and stir well and then add sauce mixture and let on medium fire for few minutes
Remove from fire and serve hot
Instead of using the fresh shrimp, you can use the canned frozen raw-shrimp to save time.
