Seaweed Rice Rolls

7 sheets nori |
|
 |
4 c. warm, cooked short-grain white rice |

6 fillings of your choice: long, |
|
 |
Narrow strips of tofu daikon |

Bell pepper, cucumber, cooked carrot or mushrooms avocado |

Egg pancake |
|
 |
Fried and chopped spinach |
|
 |
Cider vinegar |
|
 |
Vinegar soy sauce |

 |
Prepare the filling by cooking the carrots and cucumber, slicing pepper thinly and the other ingredients in the same way |

Spread the nori sheet on a flat surface |

Spread a layer of cooked rice |
|
 |
Sprinkle some vinegar |
|
 |
Put three tsp of the filling on the rice layer and then roll the nori sheet from the side before you to the other side with pressing gently |

 |
After rolling it well slice it in to small circles using a sharp knife and serve with any spicy sauce like soy sauce or mustard sauce |
