Seaweed Rice Rolls


المقادير
7 sheets nori  
4 c. warm, cooked short-grain white rice  
6 fillings of your choice: long,  
Narrow strips of tofu daikon  
Bell pepper, cucumber, cooked carrot or mushrooms avocado  
Egg pancake  
Fried and chopped spinach  
Cider vinegar  
Vinegar soy sauce  
طريقه التحضير
Prepare the filling by cooking the carrots and cucumber, slicing pepper thinly and the other ingredients in the same way
Spread the nori sheet on a flat surface
Spread a layer of cooked rice
Sprinkle some vinegar
Put three tsp of the filling on the rice layer and then roll the nori sheet from the side before you to the other side with pressing gently
After rolling it well slice it in to small circles using a sharp knife and serve with any spicy sauce like soy sauce or mustard sauce
