Sauce for Grilled Meat

المقادير
9 crushed garlic cloves,  
1 tablespoon chopped parsley,  
dash of cumin  
1 tablespoon chopped coriander,  
2 thinly sliced onions,  
dash of saffron powder  
cooking oil  
dash of hot pepper  
salt, dash of ginger powder  
طريقه التحضير
Mix all the spices in a pan with preheated oil and stir on fire for 1-2 minutes.
Add sliced onions, salt, garlic, parsley, and coriander and cook over slow heat with stirring constantly until the whole is well blended.
It is advisable to serve this sauce with game and camel meat.
