Place the ground beef in a large frying pan and break it up with a fork. |

Combine with cumin, green onion, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper to form a mixture. |

Brown meat over medium heat and drain off fat and set aside. |

Mix flour and 2 tbsp water (or the beaten egg) in another pan and stir to make a paste. |

Place 1 egg roll skin on a flat surface and cover the remaining skins to keep it fresh. |

Brush the egg roll skin with 4 edges of skin with flour and water mixture using a pastry brush. |

Put suitable amount of meat mixture in the center of the skin. |

Fold skin in half over filling to form a triangle and press edges together |

After finishing the whole amount, heat oil over medium-high heat for 5m in a large frying pan and then place the egg roll skins gradually. |

After 3 m. or till it becomes golden brown, take it from the pan and place it on a paper towel. |
|
Preparing 24 samusas takes about 1 hour. For serving it, you can cover the serving dish with lettuce papers or parsley. |
