Samusas


المقادير
1 package square egg roll skins  
1 1/2 kg extra-lean ground beef  
1/4 c. all-purpose flour  
2 tbsp. chopped green onion  
1/2 tsp. cumin seed  
Dash garlic powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper  
2 tbsp. water (or one beaten egg)  
1 c. vegetable oil

Place the ground beef in a large frying pan and break it up with a fork.
Combine with cumin, green onion, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper to form a mixture.
Brown meat over medium heat and drain off fat and set aside.
Mix flour and 2 tbsp water (or the beaten egg) in another pan and stir to make a paste.
Place 1 egg roll skin on a flat surface and cover the remaining skins to keep it fresh.
Brush the egg roll skin with 4 edges of skin with flour and water mixture using a pastry brush.
Put suitable amount of meat mixture in the center of the skin.
Fold skin in half over filling to form a triangle and press edges together
After finishing the whole amount, heat oil over medium-high heat for 5m in a large frying pan and then place the egg roll skins gradually.
After 3 m. or till it becomes golden brown, take it from the pan and place it on a paper towel.
Preparing 24 samusas takes about 1 hour. For serving it, you can cover the serving dish with lettuce papers or parsley.
