Salzburger Sweet Soufflé


This soufflé is best served as a dessert after a satisfying dinner.
المقادير
2 tbsp. flour  
2 tbsp. white sugar  
4 eggs, separated  
1/8tsp. vanilla extract  
1/2 tsp. lemon  
طريقه التحضير
Heat oven at 350°F.
Peel and grate lemon with a cheese grater or lemon zester.
Make a mixture of egg yolks, vanilla, and grated lemon peel and place into a bowl.
Add flour to mixture. Stir carefully.
Make a mixture of egg whites and1 tbsp. sugar in a bowl. Stir well. Add to flour mixture.
Heavily grease a deep 11-inch baking dish.
Arrange parts of the mixture evenly and side by side in the dish.
Top surface with a sprinkle of remaining sugar.
Place in oven and bake on middle rack for 12 to 15 minutes.
Soufflé is done when it becomes lightly browned.
Remove from oven and serve at once.
