Russian Tea

Tea is the most preferable drink in Russia that is usually served for guests sometimes as a pure tea and other times with lemon.

المقادير 3 c. water   1tsp. black tea leaves or 1 teabags   Sugar cubes   Lemon slices (optional)

طريقه التحضير
		Boil the water in a teakettle or saucepan and rinse the teapot with warm water.
		Put the tea in the teapot and pout the water over it.
		Leave it for a minute to soak and then pour in cups to be served hot.
