Roasted Chicken with Sumac

2 chickens, about 500-700 g each |

2 loaves local bread |
|
|
1 tablespoon sumac |
|
|
2 onions, salt and pepper |
|
|
2 tablespoons olive oil |
|
|

Grate onion and mix with sumac, seasoning, and oil. |

|
Wipe the chicken with this mixture and stuff the rest in the chicken. |

|
Enfold the chicken in the bread. |
|
|
Wrap in tinfoil and place in center of preheated low oven. |
