Roast Vegetables


المقادير
1/2 kg lamb  
6 potatoes  
6 carrots  
6parsnips  
1 pumpkin  
2 onions  
Salt and pepper  
طريقه التحضير
Prepare the vegetables by washing and peeling it
Divide potatoes and pumpkin quarterly
Cut carrots and parsnips crosswise once, peel onion and leave it whole
Put the lamb, potatoes and carrots in a roasting pan and roast for 50 minutes
Add pumpkin, parsnips, and onions and leave for more 25 minutes or till all the vegetables are tender and golden
Remove from fire, place the lamb in the center and surround it with the roasted vegetables
You can add more kinds of vegetables as you like including peas and french beans and others
