Roast Beef


Roast Beef is the most preferable meal in most of the European countries and it is usually served with browned roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding.
المقادير
1/2 kg boneless sirloin roast, rolled and tied  
Salt and pepper  
3 tbsp. vegetable shortening  
طريقه التحضير
Coat the roast with salt and pepper
Arrange in a wire rack in a roasting pan and make sure that the roast is fixed on its sides not laying in the flat part
Put the meat thermometer into the center of the roast without allowing it to touch the fat
Roast the beef in preheated oven at 350°F for 2 hours or when the thermometer reads 170°F.
