Risotto


المقادير
2 to 2 1/2 15-oz. cans chicken broth  
4 tbsp. butter  
2 tbsp. vegetable oil  
2 tbsp. minced onion  
1 1/2 c. white rice  
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese  
طريقه التحضير
Heat butter and oil well and then add washed and strained rice and stir well continuously until being totally coated with grease
Add simmering broth to cover the whole rice mixture and lower the heat
Cover the pan and leave to simmer with adding broth when needed for about 20 minutes
Remove from fire and serve with Parmesan cheese
