Rice with Vegetables


المقادير
2-3 boiled and diced carrots,  
2 thinly sliced sweet green peppers,  
1 thinly sliced onion,  
2 cups rice  
3 ripe peeled and chopped tomatoes,  
cooking oil  
salt, mixed spices  
3 cups water  
طريقه التحضير
Fry the rice, stirring constantly, until each grain is coated with oil.
Fry onion until golden and add to tomatoes, sweet peppers, and carrots.
Add these vegetables, seasoning , to rice and sumerge with water, and stir for the last time.
Cook over high heat uncovered until the water is absorbed, then cover and lower heat to the minimum for 15-20 minutes.
