Rice Pancakes


المقادير
2 2/3 c. rice flour  
1 tbsp. active dry yeast  
1/2 to 1 c. warm water  
1 c. sugar  
1/4 tsp. ground cardamom  
1/4 c. canned coconut milk  
Vegetable oil  
طريقه التحضير
Mix the yeast with some warm water and sugar and stir well before leaving for 5 minutes aside
Mix sugar, flour, and cardamom with coconut milk and yeast mixture and blend well till smooth
Cover the dough and leave for an hour in a warm place
Put the soft mixture in heated and greased pans and brush the surfaces with oil drops
Cover and cook on medium heat till golden brown
