Red Snapper with Lime Juice


Any kind of white fish (such as haddock) can be used instead of the red snapper.
المقادير
6 red snapper fillets  
2 limes  
1/2 c. all-purpose flour  
salt and pepper  
4 tbsp. vegetable oil  
طريقه التحضير
Combine together flour, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Cut the limes into wedges. Set aside.
Roll a fish fillet in the mixture to coat both side with flour. Pat gently to discard excesses. Do the same with remaining fillets.
Place floured fillets on a plate.
Place oil in a skillet to heat.
Fry snapper until both sides are golden brown.
When done, remove from skillet and place onto a serving plate.
Serve warm with lime wedges.
