Pudding, Starch


المقادير
3 tablespoons sugar  
2 tablespoons mixed nuts  
4 cups water  
1 tablespoon rose water  
3 tablespoons cooking starch  
طريقه التحضير
Mix the cooking starch in 1 cup of cold water.
Bring a medium pot, stir sugar in it with the remaining water to dissolve, then place over slow fire.
Add cooking starch, with continuous stirring, until you get a thick consistency, similar to thin custard.
Remove from fire, stir in the rose water, and spill into individual dishes.
Allow to cool, top with nuts, then serve.
