Potatoes Casserole (1)

1 kg peeled and sliced potatoes, |

2 cups tomato juice |
|
|
2 thinly sliced onions, |
|
|
4-6 peeled and chopped coarsely tomatoes, |
|
|
12 halved garlic cloves, |
|
|
salt and pepper |
|
|
1/2 kg beef |
|
|
|

Cut beef into small cubes. |

Mix all the ingredients together and place in an oven pot, cover with seasoned tomato juice, |
|
|
After cooking for 1-2 hours in preheated moderate oven it would be ready to serve. |
