Pot Roast

1 to 1 ½ kgs lean beef sirloin |

 |
salt and black pepper for seasoning |

cooking oil |
|
 |
9-10 garlic cloves |

 |
Using a knife, make several holes into sirloin. |
|
 |
Submerge garlic cloves in a blend of seasoning, insert in holes made into meat and fry in the oil, till it gets a brown color. |

Add water, enough to cover only half meat and cook. |
|
 |
Place in refrigerator then cut into slices as desired. |
