Wash carrots and potatoes wash and cut into small pieces |

Add bay leaf, vinegar and leave the mixture covered to cook for an hour on medium fire for half an hour |

Put the carrot, cabbage and potato pieces and simmer for half an hour. |

Remove bay leaf, stir in sour cream with milk |

Add water as needed and remove from fire and then serve hot |
