Pork Stew


المقادير
4 large pork ribs  
2 1/2 tbsp. flour  
1 bay leaf  
1/4 c. sour cream mixed with 1 tbsp. milk  
2 tbsp. butter  
1 peeled and chopped onion,  
1 minced garlic clove  
2 chopped celery stalks  
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar  
2 carrots  
2 potatoes  
1 chopped head white cabbage  
Dash salt, pepper, and paprika  
3 c. hot water  
طريقه التحضير
Wash carrots and potatoes wash and cut into small pieces
Brown garlic and celery in melted butter
Coat pork ribs with salt, pepper, and paprika and then fry in the same pan together with onion
Sprinkle dash of flour on the ingredients in the pan and then pour some water
Add bay leaf, vinegar and leave the mixture covered to cook for an hour on medium fire for half an hour
Put the carrot, cabbage and potato pieces and simmer for half an hour.
Remove bay leaf, stir in sour cream with milk
Add water as needed and remove from fire and then serve hot
