Pepper Paste (1)

المقادير
1/2 kg hot red peppers  
1 small chili pepper  
2 tablespoons olive oil  
Pinch of sugar  
salt  
طريقه التحضير
Place peppers, sugar, salt with 2-3 cups water in food processor.
Place in cooking pot over medium fire and cook until you get a thick consistency.
Stir in oil and chill a night before you use it.
