Peas


المقادير
1/4 kg fresh peas or one 10-oz package frozen peas  
5 eggs  
1 tbsp. melted butter  
طريقه التحضير
In a large cooking pan, stir the peas for 8-10 minutes in the melted butter and then crack the eggs on the top and lower the heat
Leave the ingredients covered to steam for 5 minutes or till the egg is done and then remove from fire
Place carefully on individual plates making each egg in a plat
